Abstract
It is important for the radar jamming decision in radar countermeasures system. In general, the radar jamming decision model emphasizes only one side. For example, jamming effectiveness evaluation, jammer distribution. In fact it is a system problem and has three aspects:threat evaluation, jamming effectiveness evaluation and jammer distribution.Only considered from these aspects, the problem can be perfectly solved in radar countermeasures system.
