The clinical observation of the resection of sinus benign tumor by nasal endoscopic

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the resection of sinus benign tumor by nasal endoscopic.Methods Selected 20 cases patients with sinonasal benign tumor,and selected 20 cases patients with inverted papilloma.40 cases patients were treated by nasal endoscopic resection.After treatment,observed the clinical efficacy of two kinds of diseases.Results 18 cases patients with sinus benign tumor was cured by first surgery.1cases patients with sinus benign tumor was cured by second surgery.1 cases patientsy treated by second surgery was partial resection.Conclusion Clear vision,no facial scar,little injury were the advantages of endoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy of the resection of sinus benign tumor by nasal endoscopic is similar with the standard outside route.
