Abstract
This paper emphasizes on the relationship between the influence of society from high-rise building and the whole design notion of plan.It documents how the planning and design stamps the human natural official space.In the modern high-rise building design,by analyzing the environment,function,form and so on,applying rational and coherent means,I want to make out the official space which is joined in the environment.
