Probe on Economic Growth Quality and Its Index System

Abstract
The mode of national economic growth is changing from the pursuit of quantity growth to focus on the quality growth.The growth of economic quality needs a set of index system to make comprehensive evaluations on it.This article studies the main contents of economic quality growth and draws on the four indexes in German Stability and Growth Law.We proposed a preliminary plan about how to set our index system to evaluate the national economic quality growth.
