A1(OH)3 ultrafine particle were prepared by chemical precipitation method.TEM and particle size distribution techniques were employed for the observation and measurement of primary particle and grain size, and the influence of preparation conditions on particle size distribution of A1(OH)3 ultrafine powders has been investigated.
