The Analysis of Influencing Factors of Grain Overall Production Capacity in Gansu Province

To stabilize output of grain and increase grain overall production capacity in Gansu Province,the status quo of grain overall production capacity in Gansu Province was analyzed by using regression model based on the data of grain overall yield and increment rate in Gansu Province from 1979 to 2008,which indicated grain production in Gansu Province always shows a trend of twisting and fluctuating increase;according to the related data of grain production in Gansu Province from 2000 to 2008,the influencing factors of grain overall production capacity of Gansu Province were analyzed by using gray relational degree method,which including cultivated land area,sowing area,effective irrigation area,total power of agricultural machinery,chemical fertilizer rate,application amount of pesticides,affected area,grain yield per unit area and disaster area,etc.;combining actual situation of Gansu Province,the suggestions and countermeasures that enhance grain overall production capacity of Gansu Province were proposed as follows: promoting the application and popularization of advanced technology;strengthening the guiding role of government to raise the farmers' enthusiasm;enhancing construction of agricultural infrastructure mainly on farmland water conservancy.
