Abstract
In this paper,the technology of producing Tagetes erecta L.for decoration during holidays and the principles for preventing and controlling the common pests and diseases are introduced.And the role of Tagetes erecta L.in landscaping is summarized,some suggestions are put forward on the present situations and existing problems of producing Tagetes erecta L.
