Abstract
This paper introduces the preparation of Cu68.5Ni15.7P6.5Sn9.3 Cu-based composite brazing alloy with amorphous ribbon made by rapid solidification for transient liquid phase bonding process.Cu foil interlayer with amorphous ribbon posserses good toughnes,can be atamped various,and can be provided with excellent brazing performance.This foil interlayer are brazed by vacumm brazing under 600,670,690 and soarking in 5,10,15,20.It is shown that the joint brazed with Cu foil interlayer with amorphous ribbon have higher strength than ordinary filler metal.
