Predicament and Outlet of Chinese Women Volleyball Team before the 2012 London Olympic Games

This article wholly analyzes 11 matches of Chinese Women Volleyball Team in 2010 Women's Volleyball World championship mainly using literature reviews,observation and statistic method.The results are that: ①there are problems in serving,receiving and defensive on Chinese Women Volleyball Team.②The main problems about attack are that the attack structure is unreasonable and that individual and collective tactics are single.③Chinese Women Volleyball Team should think about three factors when reforming team and organizing the line up: the multiplication of the attack point,distributing reasonably the rate of attack and removing the rate of success of every attack point.
