This paper analyzed the listed company guarantee's characteristic by this few years date which came from the market, then summarized the external guarantee's characteristics of the listed company, it also discussed the guarantee risk of the listed company, at last, it put forward some countermeasures and suggestions against the guarantee risk of the listed company.
