Abstract
This paper proposes a new proxy blind signature scheme based on elliptic curve,which combines the specialty of the proxy signature and the blind signature.The safety of this scheme is based on the elliptic curve discrete logarithm of nonsupersingular elliptic curve over finite field which has no efficient attack method by now.The new scheme is secure and is suitable for some practice.
