Construction of Evaluation Index System of Enterprise Safety Culture Based on Human Error Theory

The conceptual model of enterprise safety culture index system is established based on the human error theory,as thus two evaluation index systems are designed according to the assessment system frame of enterprise safety culture,that is,the index system of enterprise safety culture which is based on macroscopic aspect,period perspective,and external environment,and the index system of enterprise safety climate which is based on microscopic aspect,time point perspective,and internal environment,are founded,and the corresponding evaluation model is given.
