The path option of petrochemical enterprises technological innovation in China

The path of technology innovation is the basic way in which the enterprises carry out the technological innovation.It is usually divided into three basic models: independent innovation,technological introduction,absorption and innovation,and collaborative innovation.Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a more in-depth study.Chinese petrochemical enterprises are short of the original innovation ability and the projects RD ability.They also have low efficiency of the input-output of technological innovation.Prominent talent structural problems and the lack of innovation system resources are the difficulties that they have to face.According to the general rules of the path of technological innovation,technological introduction,absorption and innovation on the basis of independent innovation is not only the objective requirement of technology path evolution,but also the realistic choice of Chinese petrochemical enterprises.
