Abstract

Objective Analyses the causes of postmenopausal bleeding and discuss of the countermeasures.Methods The clinical data of 96 postmenopausal bleeding.Results Postmenopausal bleeding was caused by malignant tumor in 17 of 96 causes(17.70%);The percentage of malignant tumor kepi ring alohg with the menopause lengthening.Conclusion Among the postmenopausal bleeding woman's age,therefore use essential axamination means,treat it actively and take precaution against malignancy.Try to live up to find it early and treat early.
