Abstract
The extraction technique of proteins from lotus seed was optimized using Plackett-Burman design, path of steepest ascent and response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimum extraction condition was 3.27% SDS concentration,0.2% DTT concentration,pH=12.0,12∶1(V/W)of solvent/material ratio, and ultrasonic assistant treatment 21.5 min, extracting in 30℃ for 90 min.The extraction yield of protein from lotus seed could reach 92.27% under this optimum extraction condition.
