Abstract

Insulin Resistance(IR) has close link with metabolism syndrome(MS).High-fat environment is the important risk factor of insulin resistance. In this paper, the ordinary characteristics of IR and the Insulin Resistance occurs in muscle tissue, liver tissue and the adipose tissue of insulin induced by High-fat diet are generalized. The conclusion is that the long-term high-fat diet can alter the body's glucose and lipid metabolism significantly, thus, the insulin resistance is induced.
