Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of rituximab in combination with CHOP regimen and CHOP regimen alone in the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Methods 60 cases with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma admitted in Department of Hematology of The People's Hospital of Luhe and Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from January 2009 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated by CHOP regimen, and those in the observation group were treated by CHOP regimen combined with rituximab. And the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, 12 cases had complete remission, 12 cases had partial remission, the overall response rate was 80%, in the control group, 8 cases had complete remission, 11 cases had partial remission, the overall response rate was 63.3%, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P0.05). The overall 1-year survival rate was 86.7% in the observation group, and 73.3%in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Rituximab combined with CHOP regimen has better effect than CHOP regimen alone in the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
