Abstract

Likert rating scale is a kind of investigation tool that is widely used in the scope of social science research.This paper,starting from the aspects of scale construction,investigation,data input,analyzes the factors influencing the effectiveness of Likert rating scale's investigation result and puts forward some suggestions and strategies of solving the problems.
