Abstract

Fracturing fluid had the function of delivering pressure and carrying proppant,but it also caused formation damage,sometimes caused oil and gas well underproduction.Chuanxi Jura gas reservoir was one typical low pressure tight gas reservoir,hydraulic fracturing was the main measure of stimulation in this gas reservoir.Rock core flow experimental demonstrated that sensibility of this gas reservoir formation was relatively intensive.It was the potential damage factor of hydraulic fracturing stimulation.Field fracturing fluid had the damage both in reservoir bed and prop pack layer in Western Sichuan.These cause damages include potential sensitivity of formation,cake filtration of fracturing fluid residue,organo-micelle of incompletely viscosity breaking and filtrate residence.Water blocks would first cause fracturing fluid damage in Chuanxi Jura gas reservoir.
