The Clinical Significance of Crystal Glue Combined with Chinese Rhubarb in Severe Acute Pancreatitis in the Early

Objective: To study the clinical significance of crystal glue combined with Chinese rhubarb group in severe acute pancreatitis in the early.Methods: 174 patients who have been confirmed with acute pancreatitis and treated from 2011 January to 2013 January were selected and divided randomly into two groups: crystal glue combined group(group A) and crystal glue combined with Chinese rhubarb(group B),87 cases each group.Observed the effects of different treatments on index such as negative fluid balance time(D1),intestinal function,recovery time,mortality rate and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) incidence rate,hematocrit(HCT),fluid retention volume,blood lactic acid,central venous oxygen saturation(ScvO2),pH value of gastric mucosa(pHi) et al.Results: After treatment,the indicators improve of group B were better than that in group A(P0.05),the appearance time of negative fluid balance in group B after treatment was(70 ±16.8) h,the total fluid retention was(425.5 ± 90.5) mL,the intestinal function recovery time was(39 ±9.5) h,the incidence of MODS was 18.4%,the fatality rate was 4.6%,the HCT was(30.2 ±9.5)%,the ScvO2 was(87.4 ±12.7) %,the pHi was(7.9 ± 1.1),the blood lactic acid was(1.4 ± 0.8) mmol / L(all P0.05).Conclusion: Application of crystal glue combined with rhubarb group in the early treatment of severe acute pancreatitis can shorten the time of negative balance,accelerate the circulation of blood volume recovery,increase tissue blood perfusion and oxygen supply,promote the recovery of bowel function,maintain the function of important organs,shorten the time of fluid resuscitation,and improve the prognosis of the disease and the clinical significance.
