Abstract
Objective To establish the animal model of hepatocytes anti-regeneration and liver injure. Methods Rats were done the partial hepatectomy after feeding by AAF.Rats were detected the hepatic function and regeneration of hepatocytes by schedule. Results After feeding by AAF,the regeneration of hepatocytes in the liver injury rats was obviously in hibited(P0.01).The recovery of hepatic function was slow(P0.05).Conclusion There is obvious inhibition of hepatocyte regeneration in the liver injure rats.It is a good animal model of hepatocytes anti-regeneration and liver injure.
