The University has formed two kinds of main university ideas of the epistemology and politics in the historical course of development,the idea of epistemology is to promote the sound development of the people soul and character,the purpose of the politics is to promote the social development,the two are meaningful and defective.Because the university faces the pressure of saves the nation from extinction and ensures its survival and expect to make its country rich and build up its military might on the initial stage of establishment,nearly predominate to esteem the politics university philosophy,but because of lacking corresponding terms that state power contains by oneself for a long time,the university phases out into the mud pit of political utilitarianism and economic utilitarianism progressively,the country need to adjust the policy of the university.
