Abstract
To determine the content of constant elements Ca,Mg and microelements Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn in Rhizoma bistortae, the samples were diluted by microwave with nitric acid, and the chemical elements amounts of Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn were determined by the flame atomic absorption spectroscopy(FAAS)method. The results showed that plenty of chemical elements which are necessary for body were exist in Rhizoma bistortae, and the amounts of Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn are 10 662.860,1 961.242,144.557,9.778,10.166,2.314 μg·g-1.The recovery ratio of this method was 96.0%~102.0%.The result of the method is accuracy and satisfactory.
