On the Formation and Development of Bai Drama Music of the Bai Nationality

Abstract
The Bai Nationality has a long history and splendid culture.As early as over 3,000 years ago in the Neolithic Age,the people in the Erhai area began to use bronzes.Through the Bronze Age of the Spring and Autumn Period and the musical development of the Qin,the Han,the Sui and the Tang dynasty,two key musical pieces became popular in the Yuan,the Ming and the Qing dynasty.After the first performance of a key Daben Music in 1954,the Ministry of Culture of China combined the two key musical pieces of Chuichui Music and Daben Music and called it Bai drama.
