Distributed database systems are the core of resource sharing and applications on the Intemet. To make fuU use of the network functions, the service capability of the network data resources or databases must be improved. How to provide fast and efficient data services is a problem which needs to be solved urgently. This article introduces the key techniques of improving database performance in four aspects:database query, database connection, background processing and server configuration.
