Abstract

As the information technology developed,enterprises increase their request for the information storage. New requests include the storage ability and the shared storage. It is the first concerned matter that how to use network to provide better service for the information storage. Mainly introduces one of the main technologies of information storage,Storage Area Network (SAN). Takes South China Normal University for an example to illuminate how to build a SAN and proposes that combine the high-performance server and the SAN to improve the Quality of Service.
