Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of anatomical liver resection for liver cancer with cirrhosis.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical dates of 36 liver cancer patients with cirrhosis undergoing anatomical liver resection.Results 36 patients successfully received anatomical liver resection.Operation time was 80~210 min,intraoperative blood loss was 100~1200 mL.There was no intraoperative death or liver failure.Conclusion Anatomical liver resection is a safty and feasible procedure for liver cancer with cirrhosis.
