Development of evaluation index systems and methods for distribution networks

The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method was used to establish a comprehensive evaluation index platform.Based on that,the quantitative evaluation of status quo and the outcome of planning for distribution networks was conducted,and the two evaluation methods for construction and retrofit schemes for distribution networks,i.e.post-evaluation and pre-evaluation,were proposed.
