Abstract

The political development is a transformation and whirligig of the political order. The political order is an ultimate goal of the political development. And the democracy is only a way of building the political order and not an ultimate value of the political development. Looking from the existed experience, the construction of the political order is not a simple organization form. Therefore when seeking hard for using the democracy's way to construct the political order , we should be careful.
