[Objective] acupuncture with Chinese medicine effect of the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.[Method]60 patients were randomly divided into groups of 30 cases.Acupuncture group to Wenjing Sanhan,Sutong Qixue,Rurun Wenxu for the governance of the selected muscle points,while acupuncture with Chinese medicine with Qufeng Tongluozhitong the self facial paralysis soup.[Results]4w group healed after the acupuncture with Chinese medicine with 21 cases,8 cases improved,1 patient;acupuncture group recovered in 17 cases,10 cases improved,3 cases;effect of acupuncture with Chinese medicine group was better than acupuncture group(P0.05).[Conclusion]The acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with satisfactory outcome.
