Abstract
It is the basic task for colleges of engineering to cultivate a large number of high quality technical personnel with creative ability. We should reform the teaching programs, teaching contents and teaching methods to promote teachers' self quality and combine the industrial with learning and research, and build the extracurricular creative credits to improve students' creative ability.
