Abstract

According to present construction environments in China and the characteristics of construction enterprises,the article explores some potential advantages of the BIM model,4D simulated construction,4D management software and etc.application on the construction site.Find out more values of BIM to the construction unit by analysis of the calculation of bills of quantity,test of collision,construction method improvement,personnel arrangement,the preparation of construction machinery,prefabrication of materials,on-site safe analysis of BIM,the key schedule control of construction machinery.
