Abstract

This paper introduces the domestic development states of EPC model at first.Then it has a discussion for the advantages and disadvantages of EPC model on the management operation of project item.At last,it proposals the ideas of the domestic development prospect of EPC model.To promote the development of the domestic construction healthy and fast.
