Reflection and Reconstruction: about Legalization of Police Entrapment

As a particular form of active investigation methods,police entrapment plays an important role in cracking down criminal activities and maintaining social order. However, investigation organs are in chaos in police entrapment application. The situation is not in accordance with the objective to rule the country by law and to construct socalist country with rule of law. In the current days when humanrights are emphasized in investigation procedure, legally regulating police entrapment is an undoubtfully important subject.
