Abstract
In order to achieve production planning and process planning concurrently,process models were used for production planning and process planning of a satellite,and a heuristic algorithm was given to solute any possible conflict on the workshop.The heuristic algorithm takes into consideration the availability of differ- ent project,such as time.resource etc.and got them available in a finely manner.
