Abstract
Cultivating innovative talents needs an innovative practice teaching system.There exist currently in colleges and universities a common lack of teaching resources and a neglect of practice teaching with too much emphasis put on theory teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the practice teaching contents,insure its teaching quality,and perfect its operation guarantee,thus reconstruct the practice teaching system.
