Abstract
Objective:To discuss the expression and clinical significance of C/EBPαin Xinjiang Uigur squamous carcinoma of the cervix. Methods:Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the expressions of C/EBPα in 62 patients with Uigur squamous carcinoma of the cervix(36) . Results:C/EBPαexpressed with a different degree in Xinjiang Uigur squamous carcinoma of the cervix and chronic cervicitis(P0.05);In addition, the expression of C/EBPαwere positive correlated with the hierarchical pathology of the Uigur squamous carcinoma of the cervix(P0.05) . Conclusion:C/EBPαhave a close relationship with Xinjiang Uigur squamous carcinoma of the cervix; This gene may be a larvaceous gene of squamous carcinoma of the cervix carcinogenesis.
