Abstract
With the development of teaching reform,the pattern of talent cultivation of music quality education in normal universities has not met the needs of society and it is urgent to reform this pattern.The paper discusses how to reform the pattern of talent cultivation of music quality education from cultivation objective,teaching contents,curriculum setting,teaching methods,teaching measures and synthesized abilities.
