Abstract
The effects of NaCl stress on Chinese cabbage(Brassica chinensis L.) at different growth stages were investigated. The results showed that the seedling was the most sensitive to NaCl stress, and the root activity decreased significantly under 50 mmol/L NaCl stress.MDA content increased significantly under 100 mmol/L NaCl stress.Shoot fresh weight and plant fresh weight reduced under 150 mmol/L NaCl stress. There was no significant effect on seed germination under NaCl stress within 200 mmol/L in seed stage. However, stimulative effects were observed on Chinese cabbage yield and root activity under NaCl stress in adult plant stage.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
