Abstract
Nineteen endophytic fungal strains were isolated from the healthy Macleaya cordata by flat-panel separation.Agar block method was used to obtain the strain for antimicrobial activity screening. The results showed that two endophytic fungi(10.53% of the total strains isolated)had inhibitory activities to the test strains, and a strong inhibitory activity of endophytic fungus was also be found.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
