Abstract
The Doctrine of the Mean,a central classic in the Confucian tradition,carries the most profound wisdom of the Chinese people.New Confucians of Song dynasty and modern time have made studies to reveal this wisdom.In recent years,research on this document has made great progress and remarkable papers and works are published.Reviewed in this paper are three books: Insights Offered in The Doctrine of the Mean by Du Weiming,The Thoughts of the Golden Mean by Chen Bin,and Vocation,so Called Nature: Interpretations of Golden Mean by Wu Xiaoming.
