Abstract

A new chemiluminescence(CL) microflow injection chip integrated with separate systems and sampling by running time is proposed. It is based on chemiluminescence system of luminol-Co~(2+)-H_2O_2 for determination of hydrogen peroxide in rainwater. The linear ranger for the method is 1×10~(-4)~2×10~(-7) mol/L with the detection limit of 95×10~(-8)mol/L, and the relative standard deviation is RSD=29%(c=4×10~(-6)mol/L,n=11). The chip is simple, rapid and highly sensitive with less reagent consumption. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of hydrogen peroxide in rainwater.
