Abstract

According to the statistics of if the related documents, the analysis of the influence of each load factor on Vo2max reveals the incremental law of Vo2max. The training methods and athletic prescription of improving Vo2max can provide us the research data and scientific bases in order to improve endurance quality and scientific exercise.
