Rural financial development of Jilin Province has achieved remarkable results under the guidance of strong agricultural policy.At present the rural financial supply and demand still have many contradictions.Contradictions of the rural financial supply and demand in Jilin Province as an entry point in this paper,analyze the factors restraining the development of rural financial and put forward the building effective path of a modern rural financial system of Jilin Province。
