However in this area they usually lack initiative,skills and capacity,and professional knowledge.They tend to be nervous and timid.Medical schools should provide their students doctor-patient communication related elective courses,study laws and regulations,and offer students assessment in this area.We suggest the Practitioners qualifying examination incorporate doctor -patient communication related content.
