Abstract
The strain hardening exponents of four kinds of deformed aluminums alloy(LD10,LF6,LC4 and LY12) were measured by uniaxial tensile testing, and the relations of hardening exponent and hardening rate with strain were analyzed. It was found that the hardening exponents of the four kinds of deformed aluminum alloy had various changing tendency in different strain sections, rising in low strain section and stabilizing in high strain section. Of which, the hardening exponent of LF6 was highest, and that of LC4 was lowest, and that of LY12 and LD10 were in middle. The hardening rates declined with increasing strain.
