Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of the treatment of ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods 100 patients with ureteral calculi in our hospital department of Urology from March 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into groups.Open group operation is open to open operation, minimally invasive group of patients with holmium laser lithotripsy, compared with the results of intervention. Results Two groups of patients with single lithotripsy success rate, postoperative recurrence rate was similar,P0.05.The operation time and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter in the minimally invasive group, and the postoperative complications were significantly less than that of the open group,P0.05.Conclusion The treatment of ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy is significant, and is worthy of promotion.
