Abstract
The inhibited experiment in vitro that the minimum inhibited concentration(MIC) of 16 antibacterial drugs against E.coli was studied. The results were as follows:Sparfloxacin was the most active against E.coli standards with MIC of 0 00625 μg·mL -1 ;The next was Ciprofloxacin with MIC of 0 0125 μg·mL -1 .However,Streptomycin was the most potent against E.coli isolates with MIC of 4 μg·mL -1 ,Amicacin was the next with MIC of 8 μg·mL -1 as Ciprofloxacin and Sparfloxacin.$$$$
