Party Construction in Higher Learning Institutions in the New Era

Problems still exist in Party construction in higher institutions of learning in the new era,such as unsatis-factory results of the ideological and political construction,insufficient role as leadership center by the Party Com-mittee and the still-to-be-improved quality of Party workers.To address these problems,the following measures should be taken: strengthen the base-level Party construction,reinforce ideological and political work,raise con-sciousness to promote the integration of Party construction work with the central work of the university,find ways to improve the construction of the Party worker team,and establish new system of Party constructions.
