Abstract

This paper presents the TCP/IP protocol which is most commonly used in the C/S architecture, and the network communication mechanism of the data transmission, discusses the programming mechanism of realizing TCP using SOCKET, mainly analyses the system transferring method of how to realize Socket using WinSocket API on the VC++ development platform, thereby successfully realizes the server program with multiple client connection based on TCP/IP.
